May be we need a joint anti-spy mechanism in place, I'm sure Mr M Singh would love that.

Joint anti-theft mechanism with thieves
Joint anti-corruption mechanism with corrupt ministers and officials
Joint anti-murder mechanism with murderers
Joint nationalists mechanism with anti-nationals
