Indo-Fijian wants Britishers to apologise for atrocities

It is unfortunate that India has never asked for an former apology from the Britishers for their tyranny & slavery over more than 3 centuries or from the Portuguese for their famous Goa inquisition

Describing the Girmit era in Fiji as a "horrific period of history", a third generation Indo-Fijian, originally hailing from Uttar Pradesh, wants the Britishers to apologise for the atrocities committed during the colonial rule on indentured labour.
