Untouchability, discrimation against women - What ?

How imaginative these congress stooges are ??

Mr S Patil, Congress MLA has compared restriction of women into Sabarimala to untouchability and urged the centre to take up the issue with Kerala Government and one Mallikarjuna Kharge of the same party called it discrimination against women and went one step further that such discrimination was made against a kannadiga. Hello...can they just step back and read their own statements once ? how stupid ?

If there is a norm laid out for ages, you better follow it. When crores and crores of Hindus don't have a problem with it, why are these so-called representatives of the people making a fuss about it instead of condemning the actress who violated the sanctity of the temple ?

If this actress is a really sincere devotee of Lord Ayyappa, she wouldn't have dared to enter the temple first and then confess after the Prasnam was performed after 19 years. Any Sane Hindu women will never even think about entering the Sabarimala temple. One should seriously take a look at this actor's credentials. Either she is insane to gain some cheap popularity or not an Hindu.

How was she able to enter the temple, was she in a disguise with something she had borrowed from her make-up man ? Even if she had cheated and managed to enter the temple, it would be absolutely impossible to go near the Swamy, how can she touch the feet of the Ayyappa Swamy ? It appears to be a part of a big conspiracy being hatched to demean the Great Temple of Sabarimala where crores of people worship the God every year and where everyone is equal - irrespective of their caste or financial status.

These politicians should better shut-up questioning the traditions and customs of the temple and better focus on your constituencies from which the people have elected you. If you're so interested in religious matters, don't discriminate Hinduism against other religions. Hinduism is the only religion where there is NO discrimination between men and women, whereas it is not in the other religions.

The temple board, priests and every Hindu must rubbish and discredit the claims of this actor. There has been systematic attacks on Hinduism and they're only rising at an alarming rate. All Hindus must rise up to protect of our revered religion and the motherland which has given so much to the entire humanity, be it the Vedas or DharmaShastras or yoga. Without the religion, there is no identity.
